Superheroes

The other day I was in the Barnes and Noble bookstore in Annapolis, close to the children’s section, when I spotted him – a superhero.

I whispered, “Hi Spidey” and this little guy looked up and said to me very seriously,  “I’m Superman.”

“Well,” said I, “I’m Superwoman,”

His eyes became super big and he turned to his mom and shouted, “Superwoman is here.”  Pure happiness, surprise and joy. In that instant, we were both super happy to be superheroes.  Needless to say, I walked out of there a changed person. I WAS superwoman and I was smiling super big!

He reminded me of something – the secret identity we all share!

Get your own superhero on today and go out with a super smile and with super hope.  And, go out and look for the others –
