The Heights of Human Achievement

Reach for the heights you came to achieve.

Love, compassion and mercy.

These are our greatest attributes.

Stop yelling and shouting. Stop and listen. To yourself. Stop and ask yourself if this is who you really want to be. Do not give up on the deepest wish in your heart for peace and happiness.  Do not give in to hate. That is the easy way out. It cannot liberate you. You have come into this world as a light bearer.

St. Francis of Assisi wrote:

Our hands imbibe like roots,

so I place them on what is beautiful in this world.

And I fold them in prayer, and they

draw from the heavens.

 

My sisters and brothers, this is what I wish for you. 

May you be happy and at peace. All of you.
